We are celebrating Pre Bhogali Bihu in the school playground. Students teachers build a mezi and burn it. Students danced & enjoyed a lot.   

 Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Suklai hosted successfuly  the Cluster Level 9th Vivekananda Krida Mahotsav on 1st December 2025. Participant students from different Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalayas (VKV Tezpur, VKV Mangoldoi, VKV Kajalgaon VKV, Nalbari and VKV Suklai) participated in in didderent events like Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Long Jump, Chess, Race (100m, 200m, 400m , 800m, Relay) Shot put, Badminton, Table Tenis amd Traditional Yoga.

Rongali Bihu/Bwisagu was celebrated in VKV Suklai on 22 nd April, 2023. Students from class Nursery to V presented cultural dance (Bihu/Bwisagu). Parent’s involvement was also there. Many lady parents performed Bihu and Boro dance. All were provided with light refreshment.

  ‘Varsharambha’ was observed in the school on 21 st April, 2023 in morning hours. All the teachers and maximum students were present on the first day. After morning assembly, The Principal addressed all.

  Cluster level Sanskar Varga Prashikshan Shibir was organised by VKSPV at VKV-Nalbari where eleven students of class VII from our vidyalaya participated in the shibir. Two of our teachers were in the organising team. They were namely Pritam Basumatary and Prakash Sarma. Students were escorted by assistant teacher Barsha Rani Dutta and the shibir started on 22nd March, 2023 and it was over by 27th March, 2023.

"Vidyarambha" was organised by VKV-Suklai for the new comers of classes Nursery and KG on 02/03/23. The programme was formally inaugurated by the Principal who lit the lamp and the ladies teachers sang manglacharan. Principal Sir also addressed the audience. A guru bhajan was sung by the teachers in addition with Saraswati Vandana. The new parents were informed about the rules and regulations of the school. The ideology of Vivekananda Kendra was also told to them. The new students worshipped Goddess Saraswati by offering flowers. They wrote 'OM' on rice and took prasad.
